To save and scrimp on kid's parties
Everyone loves a good party. Children are no exceptions.
Children love birthday parties. A good birthday party for a long time in a child's memory last. However, the cost of throwing a fabulous party can be quite prohibitive. In today's tough times can be quite a birthday party

Here are a few tips on how to save and scrimp on children's parties, without the fun.
Plan Ahead
A birthday is a special event.Depending on the size of the party, make sure you have a few weeks or a few months earlier to plan for the party. While the children are spontaneously, a good party can be a bit of planning.
Planning ahead also allows your guests the parents to make time for the special event.
Make lists of everything you think you need. Once you are done, cut all I can give you what. These can be extra decor, entertainment or custom printed invitations.
You can also sitwith your child and discuss the guest list. If you are on a budget or where space is a constraint, you can explain to your child why the guest list must be kept small.
Budget
Money is always a sticky subject. If you're planning to throw a party, make sure you spend within your means.
Create a budget and stick to it. They would in the amount of cash spent on a few extras that will be surprised. Always compare prices. You can save a lot of money this way.
Theyshould be on the list that you created earlier stick. If it is not in the list, you probably do not need.
Children do not really care about the price tags on it. All they want is a lot of fun.
Décor
Sure, it would announce a huge streamer Happy Birthday very nice to have. However, the cost is not sufficient to justify what very likely will be a one-time expenses.
Avoid the expensive balloons. In most cases, these balloons will pop either before the party is over,or is last seen flying high in the big blue sky.
With a cheaper variant of the balloon allows you more at a price to buy the same or lower than the expensive balloons. Have the more balloons you get, the more color choices, the children will. A tug of war between two children over a balloon that comes in her favorite color, can be a real killjoy.
The children are ignoring the most decorative unless they are fun to play. Stick to the basics.
If time allows, createYour own. Your child will love the party preparations. Plus, you'll save a lot of money by not bought on a business decor.
Recycle
If you re-use or decoration from previous parties. Or ask your friends if they have any décor leftover from their children's parties.

Food and decorations occupy the top spots for foreign costs. Do not go overboard on the food. Keep the party simple fare. Stick to perennial KiddieFavorites such as burgers, pizza, muffins, hot dogs and the like.

The kitchen smells of parafin, the stairways turning black and teddy's looking tired cause he's lying on his back. Crackling curtains dance in ribbons, flames are waltzing down the hall - a beetle turns a summersault in a matchbox by the wall. He's getting restless with his lettuce. Frying tonight in the Dolls House! Mummy's smiling with a match, blows softly through the doorway and draws patterns in the ash. Crackle Crackle Flash Flash! Golly's leaning out of the window. He gives a little wave and as only gollys can but he can't come out to play. Sparks creep up his trouser leg but he doesnt care cause he's busy watching mummy comb her curly hair. Very pretty on the setee... Playing tonight in the dolls house. Mummys smiling with a match, blows softly thru the doorway and draws patterns in the ash. Fizzle Fizzle Zap Zap! Up on the second floor little Wendy takes a bath; her skin is melting slowly but she manages to laugh. She knows a dozen words or more; she's always so polite - pull her string out slowly and she'll sing all thru the night, sing forever - really clever! Frying tonight in the dolls house but mommys getting bored; she tore up all her comics 'cos she's not a kiddie anymore. Nor is Daddy.

Physical Damage on the Internet
In February 2008, there was a spyware attack that stole a blind persons red tipped virtual cane by turning off their screen reader-- effectively leaving the blind person without a way to navigate.
Then in March (3-28-2008), someone loaded the forums of the Epilepsy Foundation with hundreds of animations that caused seizures in about 3% of people with Epilepsy. The medical term for this kind of epilepsy is 'photosensitive'.
There are about 50 million people with epilepsy in the world. That makes 150,000 peo

ple vulnerable to flashing images. Not a huge number, but doing it is much more personal than snooping a wireless line into a wired network.
Even ignoring the possiblity of a rare but fatal seizure (status epileptus), what they did can be harmful to the epileptic and to others. The epileptic will be more lethargic and less likely to respond well when another driver cuts them off, and (IIRC) it can lower their seizure threshold so they are more likely to have one at a critical time like when they are driving.
Just like it takes a hardened person to look someone in the eyes as they knife another, this kind of thing is much more than curiosity that got out of hand.
The Epilepsy Foundation had to close their site one day and they have a new rule: no animation, GIF files, or rich text can be posted anywhere on their site.
Photosensitive epilepsy can be triggered by video games or old TVs that flickered when the horizontal positioning was off. Video games are also known to trigger seizures. And used to (I don't know about now) have warnings about it. But those are cases the person with photosensitive epilepsy can avoid and the results are not intentional. These animations were deliberately placed where a sensitive person is most likely to run into them. Creating these images wasn't accidental either since it would take a lot of work to get the animations to flash at just the right frequency.
While an epileptic seizure is not as physically painful as many people claim, there is a rare kind of seizure that can be fatal. Someone is playing with fire in another persons living room.
Do the perps know how malicious these attacks are? I doubt it. Do they care how juvenile and immature they are? Again, I doubt it. The 13-year-old script kiddies of a decade ago look so much more mature compared to these "hackers" (I use word extremely liberally here).
We need a new term for people who perpetuate these kinds of attacks: Babies bullies from hell? This kind of bully is so lame that they only attack easy targets that are not able to stop them. If this sounds too much like hate-mongering I'm sorry, but I am angry here.

they did it again. This time they target ted a state-run Pharmacy in Virginia (it was supposed to track medicine use and find people who were abusing prescribed medicine. About 35.5 million drugs for 8 million people were copied and deleted from the system. The state might get their records back if they paid the $10 million ransom, but the citizens will still have their personal information, SSN, Drivers License, medical records stolen.
The numbers aren't as big as the big id theft in theft in 2008 (Walmart, TJMaxx, Marshals, etc). But what is happening to the honorable role that hackers used to claim? Old school hackers like Emmanuel Goldstein need to take notice. They need to encourage another term (crackers is usually used) to separate their actions from those of the idiots that do things like this. If real hackers don't get something going then the public and the MSM (main stream media) are going to do it on their own. You can't just say "call them what they are- a criminal". People have been categorizing criminals for years. A burglar is different than an embezzler who is different than a murderer.

Cubby houses nowadays are at the top of most children’s ‘must have’ list, but anything larger than a cardboard box takes planning, and some cubby house may need council support. For those caregivers who would love to build a timber cubby, but just don’t have the time or expertise, plastic ready-made cubbies will keep children smiling for hours. And there are no frustrations about building or council approvals. Be prepared though, they can be like putting together a Meccano set. If you thought a cubby was just a cubby, well you're wrong! If you plan to start searching for a cubby, you should disseminate yourself with cubby lingo:
Fort – is an open structure supporting various accessories such as scramble nets, slides or towering above a sandpit
Traditional – this is the most popular cubby and is a virtual mini-house with windows, a door, and verandah and if the child is lucky, comes with a few accessories. If a child is really lucky, the cubby house could imitate the main house.
Activity centre – has one solid wall and half height solid wall together with scramble nets and sand pits (a built-in version of a fort).
Accessories
If you want to actually impress your child and their friends there is an option to add accessories such as: slide, ladder, rope ladder, scramble net, swing, trapeze bar, sandpit, steering wheel, periscope/telescope, various handles to encourage climbing - and for those who just can’t live without one – a telephone.
Cubby safety
• Parental supervision is the number one way to prevent accidents.
• If younger children are crossing a raised cubby or fort, try to include guard rails, or you could also install soft rubber matting underneath
• Vermin would also love to inhabit the cubby after kids have been cooking in the kitchen, so make sure it is cleaned and secure at the end of a day’s play
• Be careful of holes that could house snakes or other creepy crawlies, including timber-loving spiders
• Round edges
• Use non-toxic materials
• Adult access
